Whenever the following words appear in the Uniform Housing Code, they are changed and shall mean as follows:
(1) "Apartment" whenever used in the chapter shall include condominium apartment.
(2) "Chief of the fire department" means the fire marshal of Snohomish County.
(3) "Health officer" means the director of the county health department. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003; Amended by Amended Ord. 22-062, Oct. 26, 2022, Eff date Jan. 1, 2023).
