The Uniform Housing Code, 1997 edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials, except as expressly amended by the county, is incorporated and made a part of this chapter by reference and is adopted as the Uniform Housing Code of Snohomish County. One copy shall be placed on file with the Snohomish County Auditor and one copy shall be placed on file with the Sno-Isle Regional Library System.
