The Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials, except as expressly amended by the county, is incorporated and made a part of this chapter by reference, and is adopted as the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings of Snohomish County, with the exception of the following chapters which are neither adopted nor incorporated into this chapter: Chapter 5; Chapter 6; Chapter 7; Chapter 8; and Chapter 9. One copy shall be placed on file with the Snohomish County Auditor and one copy shall be placed on file with the Sno-Isle Regional Library System.
