30.50.388 Building Code - Report of unsafe condition.

The building official shall cause a report to be filed on an unsafe condition. The report shall state the occupancy of the structure and the nature of the unsafe condition. (Added by Amended Ord. 14-060, Aug. 27, 2014, Eff date Sept. 13, 2014).
