Except as provided in SCC 30.44.226, filing fees required for permits obtained pursuant to this chapter shall be paid to the department at the time an application is submitted. Applicable fees are set forth in SCC 30.86.310. (Added by Amended Ord. 12-025, June 6, 2012, Eff date July 27, 2012).
