30.43F.060 Administration and enforcement.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Permit, recording, and review fees associated with this chapter shall be in accordance with the schedule of fees in chapter 30.86 SCC.
(2) The enforcement of this chapter shall be under chapter 30.85 SCC.
(3) Failure to comply with the requirements of this chapter may result in the imposition of a six-year development moratorium described in SCC 30.43F.220. (Added by Amended Ord. 15-033, June 3, 2015, Eff date June 19, 2015).
