The purpose of this chapter is to set forth the procedures and decision criteria for flood hazard permits. This chapter applies to all development in a special flood hazard area as provided in chapter 30.65 SCC. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
