The decision-maker may approve, approve with conditions, or deny a PRD official site plan. A PRD official site plan may only be approved when it is found to meet applicable minimum standards of this chapter, and the decision criteria of SCC 30.42B.200. Applications shall be made according to the submittal requirements checklist provided by the department under SCC 30.70.030.
