(1) At the request of the applicant, a single family detached units application may be combined with other types of permits or be processed concurrently with other types of permits under SCC 30.70.120.

(2) The department will process an administrative site plan according to chapter 30.70 SCC.

(3) Specifications for development access onto county right-of-way shall be subject to the county’s Engineering Design and Development Standards (EDDS). Access to a city right-of-way shall be subject to the city’s applicable standards.

(4) Frontage improvements required within the public right-of-way shall be determined by the department under chapter 30.66B SCC and the county’s Engineering Design and Development Standards (EDDS).

(5) A pre-construction meeting shall be scheduled by the applicant to identify and address potential safety issues before construction begins. The department shall provide the applicable fire district written notice of the pre-construction meeting.
