Access requirements and road standards to and within lots of the binding site plan shall be provided in accordance with chapter 30.24 and 30.66B SCC and the EDDS. New public road(s) shall be provided for lot access where determined by the director of public works to be reasonably necessary as a result of the proposed development or to make appropriate provisions for public roads.
