When it comes to the attention of the assessor and/or treasurer of the county that a division of land has been made and not contained within a plat or parcel map, he shall immediately notify the department of such segregation. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
