30.41A.320 Prohibition against other subdivisions.

No short subdivision (chapter 30.41B SCC) shall be approved which includes any land contained within an approved preliminary subdivision during the period in which the preliminary subdivision is valid. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
