The minimum lot size within a residential subdivision may be reduced below the size required by zoning pursuant to SCC 30.23.210. Minimum lot size may also be reduced pursuant to chapter 30.42B SCC and chapter 30.41C SCC. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
