(1) A preliminary subdivision application shall comply with the requirements set out in the application checklist as provided by the department pursuant to SCC 30.70.030.

(2) A preliminary plat shall be prepared and bear the signature and seal of a registered professional land surveyor. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
