30.23A.110 Underground utilities.
This section is included in your selections.
All water, sewer, electrical and communication distribution and service lines shall be underground except:
(1) Electrical and communication distribution lines may be above ground for lots abutting streets with pre-existing, above-ground distribution lines; and
(2) Electrical transmission lines between power plants and substations may be above ground. All lines shall be approved by the agency or jurisdiction providing the service. (Added by Amended Ord. 08-101, Jan. 21, 2009, Eff date Apr. 21, 2009).
