(1) On or before June 1 of each year, the county executive shall submit to the county council an affirmative action plan or plan update for the following calendar year. (2) The county council will adopt an affirmative action plan or plan update for each calendar year. (Added by Ord. 87-084, Sept. 16, 1987).
