(1) No vehicle shall be driven at a speed in excess of 10 miles per hour.

(2) Movement in and through the facility shall conform to painted or posted directional arrows and other traffic regulatory signs. (Added by Ord. 97-101 § 4, Dec. 17, 1997, Eff date Dec. 29, 1997).
