Any person with a dog or other pet in his or her possession in any park shall carry equipment for removing feces, and shall immediately place feces deposited by such animal in an appropriate receptacle. (Added by Ord. 98-076 § 22, Aug. 19, 1998, Eff date Aug. 31, 1998).
