The board of county commissioners hereby recognizes the arts council of Snohomish County, Inc., as an advisory body which may advise the board on such matters relating to the promotion and development of arts within Snohomish county as may be referred to it by the board. Said council shall render assistance and advice to the board through the Snohomish county parks department. (Added by Res. adopted Oct. 6, 1975).
