There is hereby created a county transportation authority within Snohomish County, Washington, hereafter to be known as the Snohomish county transportation authority which shall have all rights, powers and duties specified in Substitute House Bill No. 670, as passed by the legislature and approved by the governor, and as now or hereafter amended, and all other statutes relevant to public transportation.
