A surcharge of $15.00 is hereby imposed upon the license fee for each marriage license as authorized in RCW 26.04.160 as amended by chapter 451 of the laws of 1993. (Added by Ord. 93-059, July 26, 1993, Eff date Aug. 9, 1993).
