Board members shall serve no more than three consecutive full terms of three years. Upon a year off the board, a person may be reappointed to the board. Board members may not advise the county concerning any transaction in which the board member has a financial interest. Board members shall not receive compensation for their service on the board. Members may receive reimbursement for expenses incurred while participating in official board business/training, upon pre-approval by the designated county program manager.
