(1) Coordinate the local developmental disability services within the county with available state services and other key public and private services;

(2) Address key community service and resource needs through grants, projects, training, technical assistance, and dissemination of information;

(3) Serve as an information and referral agency for individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and the community at large; and
