Except for the performance of those duties assigned to the ex officio clerk designated by the administrator of the office of hearings administration in accordance with SCC 2.50.110 and 2.50.115, the clerk of the county council shall serve as clerk of the commission. Staff support for the commission shall be provided by the county as necessary. In circumstances in which an ex officio clerk is designated by the administrator of the office of hearings administration, staff support for the commission shall be provided by the office of hearings administration.
