If any provisions of this chapter or its application to any persons or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of this chapter and the application of its provisions to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected. (Added by Ord. 80-012 § 2, June 2, 1980, Eff date Dec. 1, 2002).
