Except as otherwise authorized in these rules, no person shall post, distribute or display signs, advertisement, circulars, or printed or written matter at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds. (Added by Res. adopted Aug. 24, 1977; Amended by Ord. 89-029 § 22, May 17, 1989).
