(1) The board of health shall meet once a month, at a time agreed upon by board members and established by the rules of the board.

(2) The chair or a majority of board of health members may call a special meeting of the board consistent with the provisions of RCW 42.30.080.

(3) No action shall be taken by the board of health unless a majority of members are present, including at least two elected members.

(4) The board of health shall adopt its own administrative rules and procedures, so long as they are not in conflict with chapter 2.300 SCC or the Open Public Meetings Act, chapter 42.30 RCW.
