There is hereby established a Snohomish county board of health. The board of health shall annually elect a chair and vice chair from its membership in January of each year. The chair shall preside at the meetings of the board of health and shall perform the usual functions of a presiding officer. (Added by Amended Ord. 22-061, Oct. 26, 2022, Eff date Dec. 31, 2022).
