The fleet management division is hereby established within the department of facilities and fleet pursuant to provisions of this chapter for the administration of the equipment rental and revolving fund pursuant to chapter 4.34 SCC, and the purchase, management, maintenance and disposition of the county’s vehicles, equipment, parts, materials, and fuel inventories.
