The advisory board shall be composed of 11 members. Five members shall represent and be appointed from the council districts and shall reside in the council district from which they are appointed. Six members shall serve at-large and may reside anywhere within the county.

Appointments and terms shall be pursuant to chapter 2.03 SCC. The advisory board shall be representative of a broad range of interest. (Added by Ord. 85-032 § 2, Apr. 24, 1985).
