(1) Pursuant to Washington Constitution, Article IV, Section 23, there is created within the superior court of Snohomish county three positions of court commissioner.

(2) Pursuant to RCW 26.12.050 and 71.05.135, there is created within the superior court of Snohomish county two positions of family court/mental health commissioner.
