(1) There shall be nine full-time judges elected in the district court district established by this chapter.

(2) The number of judges to be elected in each electoral district shall be as follows:

Cascade -- two full-time judges;

Evergreen -- two full-time judges;

Everett -- two full-time judges;

South -- three full-time judges.
