Six members of the commission shall constitute a quorum. All action of the commission shall be determined by a majority vote of the commission membership at a meeting at which a quorum is present.

The commission shall hold not less than one regular meeting in each month; PROVIDED, That if no matters over which the commission has jurisdiction are pending upon its calendar, a meeting may be cancelled. (Added by § 12 of Res. adopted June 18, 1962; Amended by Amended Ord. 93-034, Apr. 28, 1993).
