The commission shall adopt its own rules and regulations governing the conducting of its internal affairs; PROVIDED, That such rules and regulations shall not be in conflict with state or county law. (Added by § 7 of Res. adopted June 18, 1962; Amended by Amended Ord. 93-034, Apr. 28, 1993).
