The payment of monthly fees is due and payable in advance on the first day of the calendar month. Payment of daily parking fees shall be made prior to departure of aircraft, unless arrangements have been made and approved by the airport manager. (Added by Ord. 84-109 § 1, Oct. 22, 1984).
