Type C10 permits authorize non-exclusive use of the right-of-way for utilities as described in SCC 13.50.020(10), subject to limitations in Title 13 SCC and conditions as determined by the engineer to address items that include, but are not limited to, right-of-way permitting, right-of-way restoration, utility relocation, emergencies, insurance, and indemnification.
