13.150.030 Eligibility to participate in program.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) The director shall determine the eligibility of organizations to participate in the program, provided that the eligibility determinations shall comply with subsection (2) of this section.
(2) An organization is not eligible to participate in the program if its name:
(a) Endorses or opposes a particular candidate for public office;
(b) Advocates a position on a specific political issue, initiative, referendum, or piece of legislation; or
