In reviewing and compiling road name and number designations, the county makes no representations concerning title or ownership of real property, legal road access or compliance with any state statute, county code, or other provision governing land development. Road name and number designations shall include public and private roads for location purposes only. (Added by Ord. 89-045 § 5, May 31, 1989).
