All north-south roads lying in the northeast quadrant of the intersecting meridians shall be designated as avenues northeast and those north-south roads lying in the northwest quadrant of the intersecting meridians shall be designated as avenues northwest. (Added by Ord. 85-051 § 3, July 3, 1985).
