"Tire width" means, in the case of pneumatic tires, the maximum overall normal inflated width, as stipulated by the manufacturer, when inflated to the pressure specified and without load thereon. (Added by Ord. 96-028 § 8, June 12, 1996, Eff date June 29, 1996).
