"Right-of-way, unopened," "Unopened right-of-way" or "Non-maintained right-of-way" means right-of-way that is not maintained by the county and may or may not contain improvements constructed for the purpose of public use. (Added by Amended Ord. 12-001, Feb. 15, 2012, Eff date Feb. 26, 2012).
