"Right-of-way, opened," "Opened right-of-way" or "Maintained right-of-way" means county right-of-way that contains improvements maintained by the county constructed for the purpose of public use. (Added by Amended Ord. 12-001, Feb. 15, 2012, Eff date Feb. 26, 2012).
