Any water skier and/or person operating any vessel which has collided with any person or property of another shall within 24 hours report such collision to the sheriff. The sheriff shall provide forms upon which reports may be filed; PROVIDED, That no report of property damage shall be required if the damage does not exceed $200.00 in value. Failure to report such accident shall be a misdemeanor and subject to penalty as such. (Added by Res. adopted June 30, 1975; Amended by Ord. 86-023 § 7, Mar. 19, 1986).
