The owner or person in charge of every boat livery shall keep a record of the name and address of the person hiring any vessel, the identification number of said vessel, if any, and the departure time and expected time of return. Such records shall be preserved for at least 30 days and shall be available and open for inspection by the sheriff at all reasonable hours. (Added by Res. adopted June 30, 1975).
