12.20.020 Vessel operators--Capability restrictions.
This section is included in your selections.
It shall be unlawful for any person owning or in charge of any vessel to operate such vessel or to knowingly authorize any person to operate any vessel when such person is:
(1) Under the influence of intoxicating liquor, or controlled substance; or
(2) By reason of a physical or mental disability incapable of safely operating such vessel under the prevailing circumstances. (Added by Res. adopted June 30, 1975).
