The enforcement official may determine that a property is a chronic nuisance property, as defined in this chapter. In making such a determination, the enforcement official shall review official documentation such as law enforcement incident reports, notices and orders to correct, and case files to determine if there are sufficient facts and circumstances to support a determination that the property is a chronic nuisance property.
