(1) It is unlawful for an alarm system to generate a false alarm, and the alarm user shall be considered the person responsible for the false alarm.

(2) It is unlawful for any person to activate a panic alarm or to intentionally activate an intrusion alarm when doing so is a false alarm. (Added by Ord. 84-035 § 1, Mar. 21, 1984; Amended by Amended Ord. 02-059, Nov. 20, 2002, Eff date Dec. 13, 2002).
