The presence of an abandoned vehicle or automobile hulk, as defined in SCC 10.36.020, on any property, in a manner that offends public decency is declared to be a public nuisance. For the purpose of this section, an abandoned vehicle or automobile hulk includes a vehicle or hulk on the property of its owner. (Added by § 8A of Res. adopted June 15, 1970).
