It shall be unlawful to dive, jump, leap, step, or fish from or trespass upon any county property posted as hazardous. Any such notice posted after June 1, 2012, shall also state that it is unlawful to dive, jump, leap, step, or fish from or trespass upon any such property and that violations are subject to a $500.00 penalty or such other penalty as is prescribed by law.
