All rights, discretion, duties, and obligations which are vested in the board of county commissioners under the terms of any contract, compact, condition, agreement, or other document shall hereafter be vested in the county council. Nothing in this section shall be construed in such a manner as to reduce or impair the obligations of any contract. (Added by Ord. 80-001, May 1, 1980).
